How can I track my order?

As soon as you place your order you will get a confirmation email with an exclusive link to the tracking system. There you will be able to check important information such as the doctor approving your order, the pharmacy dispatching it and even the distribution process.

What if I am not at home when my shipment is delivered?

You can always track the status of your order with your track & trace details or the tracking system of your courier service. But don’t worry as the delivery service usually requires your signature as proof of delivery. If you are not at home, a note will be left at your doorstep or someone will contact you by telephone to agree on an alternative delivery time. You can also call the company directly to arrange things and we do advise on this. If you don’t, your package will be returned to the pharmacy after 7 to 21 days. If your order has to be resent, courier services may charge an additional shipping fee.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We try to execute as fast as possible so that you get your order quickly! All orders placed and paid for before 9.00 a.m. (Monday – Friday) are forwarded to the affiliated doctors the same day. After getting your request, the doctor will review your order as quickly as possible and if approved, a prescription is directly issued and sent to a partner pharmacy for dispense and dispatch. With your payment successfully received, your order will be shipped within one to three business days.

How will my order be sent?

You do not need to worry as your order will be discreetly packaged and shipped from a partner pharmacy in Europe. Your products will be packed in neutral packaging in order to keep your privacy. Keep in mind that pharmacies are obligated to insert a commercial invoice on packages for orders outside the EU, containing the name and price of the package. It is usual for the courier usually to ask for a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt but such is not mandatory.

Do I have to pay shipping? What is the cost?

No. No need for that as shipping is Free!

Do you ship to all countries?

The pharmacies will deliver to almost all countries in Europe. However, please notice that it's not possible for the pharmacies to ship to the Portuguese Islands as well as the Canary Islands.
